Sum180 rolls out enhancements to KFC Foundation’s personal finance program
The KFC Foundation announces exciting changes to its MyChange financial wellness program for restaurant employees. Launched this spring, the popular charitable offering is now even easier to use and more engaging! Taking charge of your money is—dare we say it—fun!
In partnership with Sum180, MyChange helps employees at participating restaurants get control of their money in a completely confidential way, by honing in on their financial stressors and building their confidence to take action. Through a powerfully simple mobile app, online community and resources and personal finance coaching, the program gives KFC frontline workers a simple plan to help them live better, now and in the future.
The new and improved MyChange with Sum180 features include:
Streamlined enrollment process
It’s now even easier and faster for employees to gain access to all aspects of the program.
More “social media-like”
The new Daily Kickstart features the most important things for the employee to do and explore at that time. They can select activities or swipe to remove them, and check back in the next day to see what’s new in their feed.
Employees can participate in personal challenges that build mindfulness, confidence and enthusiasm through small changes in their individual behavior.
Easier access to personal financial coaching
On the Daily Kickstart newsfeed, users are encouraged to click and schedule a chat with a coach right on their mobile device!
Confidential as always, employees are now prompted to check in on how they’re feeling about their finances each day. This information allows them to maintain positive streaks and enables Sum180 to track overall financial wellbeing.
