Pursue a tuition-free online bachelor's or master's degree

Tuition 100% Covered for KFC Restaurant Employees

Enrollment opens February 1

Pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree through Western Governors University (WGU), an accredited online university dedicated to making higher education accessible for as many people as possible.

The KFC Foundation will cover 100% of your tuition and required fees while you’re employed at a participating KFC.*

Choose from more than 60 different degrees within the following degree programs:

  • Business
  • IT
  • Teaching
  • Healthcare

WGU’s career-focused, flexible, and competency-based courses measure learning, not class time—which works particularly well for adult learners in the workforce.

Admissions are rolling—apply at any time of the year (starting Feb. 1) and get started as soon as you’re ready. This is a non-competitive program, meaning every employee at a participating restaurant who completes the application will be enrolled.
