About

Since 2006, the KFC Foundation has awarded more than $23 million to over 8,000 students and employees, assisting them in going to college, earning a GED, making it through hardship/crisis situations and managing their personal finances.

As a 501c3 non-profit organization, the KFC Foundation’s charitable programs are made possible through the ongoing support of KFC Franchisees, which comes to the Foundation via a $1.23 surcharge on each bowl of coleslaw, and the KFCC Corporation. In turn, your RGMs, AUMs, shift supervisors, and team members have access to one of our unique charitable assistance programs.

Together, with the support of 98% of franchisees through the Coleslaw Donation Program, we are changing the lives of KFC restaurant employees.
