How Does It Work?

  1. Create an account
    Complete the eligibility check, and the KFC Foundation will verify your employment status.
  2. Start the learning modules
    Don’t forget to check out the career mapping!
  3. Earn a Certificate of Completion
    When courses are completed, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion. This is an excellent tool to add to your resume!

How many hours do I need to work to be eligible?

There are no minimum hour requirements.

The KFC Foundation has partnered with Crisis Text Line® to provide free 24/7 text-based mental health support and crisis intervention for the KFC family.

To be eligible for the KFC Foundation’s programs, you must work at a KFC restaurant in the U.S. that participates in the KFC Foundation’s Franchise Donation Program.
